The text edit interface is easy, I can copy paragraphs of text I have prepared from my text editor and paste them in in one copy paste move.
The paragraph and sentence 'carriage returns' are preserved. We don't use HTML but certainly know how to use simple HTML elements such as the 'bold' tag the italics tag and the 'font' tag so if we wanted the following text to be red, 'font color=red' inside the appropriate brackets I can make any color I want.
What else is there? the 'li' tag makes cool bullets

The "Rich Edit" template allows Wordprocessor style buttons and effects.

Homes - The gallery template allows for paragraph and image, then below additional pages displaying a thumbnail of the page's image and caption. |

Rental Listings - The default template offers a paragraph and image then sub pages below with the image at left and the description at right. Using the "System" button, a number placed in front of each entry will rank them accordingly. |

Company Info - Each Image has a Properties selection that allows you to size it, move it around, add a caption to the bottom of the image or enable "click to see in full size". |

Contact - The contact form is easy to set up includes a wizard page for configuring the response text and some email options. |

New Calendar - Calendar Layouts include: Large Calendar, Calendar and List, Current Month List, Current Year List, Upcoming 14 Days List, Upcoming Events (3 Years) List. With Events that can take text and image or provide a download file. |
